Bring your Baby Pilates!
Fun Post-Natal Pilates class for new mums. Taught by Exercise in the City Founder, Julia Scodie.
Take some time for yourself to strengthen and stretch your body. Exercises will help post-natal recovery
Your baby can relax, play beside you or sleep in their buggy whilst you exercise.
Feed or change your baby at any time during the class.
This class will help to:
- strengthen your pelvic floor
- heal diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
- tone and stretch your body
- correct post-pregnancy muscle imbalances
Mums – All levels welcome, but you must have had your six week postnatal check to join (12 weeks for C-Section) .
Babies – 2-10 months (or older non crawlers).
