Business Healthy is a City of London led initiative to bring together businesses in The City to ignite a positive change in the health & wellbeing of their workforce.
You can imagine how excited I was when I had an email from Health & Fitness Magazine last month asking if I’d be available for a ‘success story’ shoot. Of course I jumped at the chance… and it’s in print this month!
